The hotel had decent food and a neat and clean environment. the staff was friendly and offered good service as well. the location was conveniently close to the railway station and parking was available.
The hotel was located in a noisy area, which was disturbing at night. the room lacked essential amenities such as mineral water, tea/coffee provisions, and soft padded slippers.

The hotel is located near to the railway station which was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly and courteous. The highlight of our stay was the Christmas celebrations which the hotel organized, it was lively and entertaining.
The room was not up to the mark, the furniture and AC were old and out of order. The washroom needs urgent maintenance and there was no hot water.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is very close to the railway station, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel facilities are great, with neat and clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. the breakfast served here is delicious.
